David Mahoney, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. David Mahoney joined Lifeline Vascular Access in 2017 as Chief Medical Officer after practicing nephrology for 24 years. He most recently served as a Group Medical Director with DaVita Kidney Care and spent 11 years as Interventionalist and Medical Director of a Lifeline-managed vascular access center in Fairfax, Virginia.
Dr. Mahoney is a graduate of Harvard College and received his M.D. from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Nephrology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and served in the U.S. Army from 1985 – 1995.
