Regional Operations


Our team of Regional Operations Directors is responsible for the overall management of the daily operations inside our vascular centers. As our leaders on the frontline of our organization, they are tasked with achieving quality improvement and fiscal productivity all while meeting and exceeding the expectations of key stakeholders and physician investors.

Brad Edwards, MBA, CMPE, CASC

Brad Edwards has worked in the dialysis industry for 19 years, beginning as a Patient Care Technician, next as a Biomedical Technician and later as a Facility Administrator. He helped build an independent dialysis unit and over five years time, rose to the level of Chief Operating Officer. He spent 11 years working in Operations for DaVita, Inc. before transition to the Lifeline Vascular Access division in 2009. Brad hold a Bachelors of Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration from Regis University. He is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (2010) and a Certified Administrator for Surgical Centers (2010).

Terrie Jurd, RN

Terrie Jurd joined Lifeline Vascular Access in 2007 as one of its first Nurse Education Managers and later transitioned into the role of Regional Operations Director. She is a registered nurse and has spent nearly 30 years working in the dialysis industry, beginning as a hemodialysis staff nurse, then serving as a peritoneal dialysis nurse and later as a nurse manager. Beginning in 1998, Terrie served as a Regional Operations Director with Gambro (later acquired by DaVita, Inc.)

Cheena Kapoor-Cantlie, MHA

Cheena Kapoor-Cantlie joined Lifeline Vascular Access in 2013 as Regional Operations Director. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both English and Psychology and a Masters of Health Administration, all from Ohio State University. She completed her post-graduate administrative fellowship with The Cleveland Clinic. She has held past roles in finance and operations at The Cleveland Clinic and served as Regional Vice President for Fresenius Medical Care.

Andrew Krass, RT(R)

Andrew Krass joined Lifeline Vascular Access in 2002 as a staff Radiologic Technologist. Prior to joining Lifeline, Andy worked at St. John Hospital and Medical Center as an Interventional Technologist and Chief OR Technologist. Andy has served as a staff technologist, Access Center Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Regional Operations Director and Senior Director within his tenure at Lifeline. He was the first Safety Officer for Lifeline and developed policy and procedures for the safety program.

Andy attended the St. John School of Radiologic Technology in Detroit, MI and is a member of ARRT, ASRT and ASDIN. Andy has a family member on renal replacement therapy for the last 20 years and considers himself a patient advocate.

Charlie Sandora

Charlie Sandora joined Lifeline Vascular Access in 2008 and serves as the Eastern Region’s Regional Operations Director. Responsible for centers in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Virginia, he brings more than 25 years of experience working in the ESRD environment.

Charlie’s background includes a number of leadership roles, managing teams responsible for the sale of hemodialysis equipment to hospitals and dialysis providers. He has worked for a number of manufacturers during a highly successful career, including COBE Laboratories, Gambro, and Aksys, Ltd. Prior to joining Lifeline, he served as Vice President of Sales for Renal Solutions, Inc., during the introduction of a new home hemodialysis system using Sorbent Technology.
